For a class assignment, we had to shoot something that was considered "old skool". I wasn't quite sure what this meant as old skool could mean many things. The other day I was at the playground with my kids when my youngest son came up to me wearing this older style "grampa" hat. My grandfather used to wear similar hats and I always liked trying them on. The hat brought back childhood memories of spending summers at my grandfather's house and the many smells of his house...some were good smells and others were just downright disgusting. Especially when he made pigs feet. While my son is not a grampa yet, his way of wearing it reminded me of something that is old school.
This hat is called a "golf knicker." If interested in purchasing this style, I recommend visiting Golf Knickers
