Funky: Chandler Kim

What is more funky than some fun-keys?! Lately I have been pushing myself to be more conceptual with my work, so when the theme of Funky was chosen I was determined to take the funk to the next level. I associate fun, groovy colors and of course music with the word funk, so incorporating all these elements was important. Kathryn Christensen:Mirrors

While many see drag queens from afar and make assumptions, I pursued the urge to meet them up close and find out what the scene is really about.  As Makayla Waldorf gets ready for a night out on the town, I was able to get a sneak peak into what happens behind the curtains and find out how long it actually takes for one of these dolls to get ready before hitting the town…Tracks night club is one of the most popular places in Denver to catch the best queens.

Red-Jeff Sipes

Red is a fun color and one of my favorite colors.  I went driving around and I found this wonderful playground.  What is more fun than a playground set?  There are some very nice colors in this and it is a fun photograph.  This photo would make any child want to come and play here.
