Pet Peeves - Casey Bieker

According to Wikipedia a pet peeve is a minor annoyance that an individual identifies as particularly annoying to him or her, to a greater degree than others may find it. I would say that most pet peeves usually involve things that other people do but in my case one of my pet peeves is with objects. Medians! Those concrete fortresses preventing you from turning left coming out of a store or parking lot. There is nothing more fun than driving miles past where you want to be to get to what you saw ten minutes ago. Until I moved to Colorado Springs, CO, I rarely had this "annoyance" but now the medians here seem like the Great Wall of China at times...who do I have to bribe to get through the gates?

Hunter Baar-pet peeves

Where does all the trash go? Roommates sometimes can be your best friend or worst enemy, they think that they are doing a good deed by picking the trash up off the table and putting it in the trash can. This is not a bad thing to do, but what happens when it is full? Most people in this situation would take the trash to a dumpster, my roommate has decided even though he parks next to the dumpster out side he would rather see how much trash he can get into the can by compressing it with his foot.
