Ryan Bilawsky: Regret


Ah yes, regret. A feeling that I have become quite familiar with over the years, especially on the weekend mornings after liquor guzzling bar nights. After you have woken up and can feel the fuse of your soon-to-be explosive headache getting shorter and shorter.. you start feeling that regret coming on, along with a fine scent of whiskey and disappointment. Now, where is the Advil?

Cold: David C. Benson

The anticipation to devour my afternoon treat on Saturday (Denver, Colorado, October 15, 2011 - 86 degrees) was epic. Then, the unthinkable happened, I dropped my 7-11 Ice Cream Sandwich in the parking lot while getting in my car. When you have a disappointment, it creates another opportunity. The sandwich laying on the pavement, glistening in the afternoon sun allowed me to make a beautiful image. Life can be cruel and even downright "cold."
